Mental Health Awareness Week 2024: MOVEMENT
Saturday 18th May we walked 18km / 11.2 miles for #mentalhealthawarenessweek
We also answered your questions about mental health in our official MHAW video here! This years theme for MHAW was movement so we went on a long walk through the South Downs, had a great halfway drink and a brilliant coffee from @thepotionswebrew
